I agree to renew, alone at my own price, CCPFT / EREPS / other relevant certifications and 1st Help & CPR certificate just before date of certificate expiry by attending continuing training workshops / seminars if any and by paying the requisite renewal fee as at time of renewal. The renewal service fees will not be included in the whole Composite
